Getting Started...

Whether you are interested in counseling, coaching or consultation services, please contact me (drkk@wellnessandwellbeingsolutions.com or 913.647.9355) o that I can determine if I am the right professional for your needs. If we are the right fit, we will schedule our first appointment. Prior to our first meeting, I will send (preferably via e-mail) some forms for you to complete and bring to our first appointment.

Hours

I offer flexible daytime, evening and weekend hours. I see clients by appointment only; I do not see clients on a walk-in basis.

Payment Policy for Counseling Clients
Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. I also accept local checks and PayPal. Although I do not accept insurance directly, your insurance company may reimburse you for a percentage of my fee. To facilitate this, I will provide you with a coded receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Keep in mind that your coverage may have limitations for out-of-network providers. Any reimbursement from your insurance company will go directly to you. I want to be clear that I work for you, and my contract is with you, not your insurance carrier.

Counseling sessions are usually conducted face-to-face in my office. If you cannot make it to the office in person, in some circumstances, it is possible to have a session by telephone. However, insurance companies generally do not reimburse for telephone sessions.

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. I also accept local checks and PayPal. Coaching sessions can be conducted face-to-face, or by telephone which is particularly useful for those of you who have busy work, family, or travel schedules, not to mention if you live in another state or continent. If our session conducted via telephone, payment is required prior to our session. I offer a variety of coaching packages. Ask me for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel an appointment, 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the session. If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is provided, or if you miss a session, you will be responsible for the full session fee. I understand that emergencies occur, and if you miss a session due to an emergency, I will not charge you.

Consulting Clients & Organizations

Workplace solutions are customized to your needs, and can be implemented in formal (or informal) programs, presentations, keynote presentations, or on an individual level. General programs and presentations are often billed as flat fee. However, consulting contracts for tailored programs and presentations generally require a 10 hour minimum. Please contact me and we will discuss your specific needs.
